2. Delivery Details

Delivery Method: Orders are delivered curbside to the address specified during purchase. Our delivery trucks are equipped with lifting devices to facilitate unloading.

Customer Responsibilities: Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible damage. If damage is observed, note it on the delivery receipt and, if necessary, unpack the items to check for integrity.
3. Damages and Replacements

Reporting Damages: If you discover damaged or defective items, contact our customer support at complaint@lastre.us within 5 calendar days of delivery. Provide a copy of the delivery note and photographs of the damaged goods.

Resolution Options: We will either replace the damaged items at no additional cost or reimburse you for the cost of the goods and proportional shipping expenses.
4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Guaranteed Cancellation Period: Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 days of placement for a full refund.

After 2 Days: Modifications and cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the order status and supplier policies. Some special orders may be non-cancellable.

5. Compensation for Delays
